Guarantors are an individual who submit a supplementary application as an agreement to guarantee that the leaseholder(s) will not default on their rent payments and that if they do the guarantor will be jointly responsible for the defaulted payments.

A guarantor application is commonly used to assist the leaseholder(s) in obtaining approval by fulfilling the credit and/or income requirements. ONLY full-time students are eligible to obtain a Guarantor. The student may be asked to submit documentation of full-time status as part of their application prior to validating the Guarantor's application.
Guarantor application fees are waived as they are considered a supplemental application. If you apply under this listing and are NOT a Guarantor your application will NOT be processed, and you will be prompted to reapply under one of the other listings and pay the required $45 application fee.
